30 YEARS OF THE AVIANO AB AVIATION FIRENDS GROUP - 30 ANNI DELL'AVIATION FIRENDS GROUP DI AVIANO AB
Thursday, October 10, the Brigadier General Tad D. Clark and Mrs. Jeannette visited the AAFG’s Headquarter, in Pordenone. The Aviano AB Aviation Friends Group had the honor to host such distinguished hosts and many members of the Group attended this special event.
The AAFG President illustrated to General Clark all momorabilia proudly displayed at the walls of the room and collected along 30 YEARS of the activity. These objects, photos, lithiographs testifies the activity carried out by the Group with help and support of the 31st Fighter Wing and Aeronautica Militare in command the Aviano airport.
This fantastic event, which represents a milestone in the AAFG’s history, ended with sincere speech of appreciation by the Brigadier General Clark and proud thanks by the AAFG President.

Giovedì 10 ottobre, il Brigadiere Generale Tad D. Clark e la Sig.ra Jeannette hanno visitato il Quartier Generale dell'AAFG, a Pordenone. L'Aviano AB Aviation Friends Group ha avuto l'onore di ospitare così illustri ospiti e molti membri del Gruppo hanno partecipato a questo evento speciale.
Il Presidente dell'AAFG ha illustrato al Generale Clark tutti i cimeli esposti con orgoglio alle pareti della sala e raccolti in 30 ANNI di attività. Questi oggetti, foto, litografie testimoniano l'attività svolta dal Gruppo con l'aiuto e il supporto del 31° Stormo da Caccia e dell'Aeronautica Militare in Comando all'aeroporto di Aviano.
Questo fantastico evento, che rappresenta una pietra miliare nella storia dell'AAFG, si è concluso con un sincero discorso di apprezzamento da parte del Brigadiere Generale Clark e orgogliosi ringraziamenti del Presidente AAFG.
